Turn with me in your Bibles to Matthew chapter 13, as we continue our study in this great gospel. We already said that in Matthew 11, the majesty of Christ was set forth in each of the events recorded there. In Matthew 12, His character is over and over again contrasted with the character of His opponents, the Pharisees and the scribes. And in Matthew chapter 13, Matthew gives us a glimpse of the method of His teaching. Jesus teaches in parables. Matthew 13 is somewhat of a turning point for the Lord Jesus Christ.
