If you have your bibles, I’d invite you turn with me to Matthew chapter 22. For the last several weeks we have been in the last week of Jesus' life. In fact, for the last several weeks, we've been on Tuesday of the last week of Jesus life as He has a series of exchanges with the chief priests and the scribes and the Pharisees and the Sadducees. Last week we were looking at the passage where the Sadducees challenged Him with a mocking question, a silly question about the resurrection. They wanted to make fun of the doctrine of the resurrection of the dead. They knew that Jesus believed that doctrine.
