If you have your Bibles, I'd invite you to turn with me to Genesis, chapter 2, and we’ll begin in verse 4 this evening. We have reviewed Genesis 1 saying that the first two verses of that book bring us face to face with the ultimate reality, the one true God. And then the remainder of Genesis 1 tells us the sovereignty of God in creation as He creates day by day the whole of the heavens and the earth. And for the last couple of weeks we have been looking at the matter of creation ordinances and blessings given by God.
